What does the plan consist of?

3 Day Smoothie Juice We’ve got you covered with this delicious smoothie plan from waking up to bedtime. We start the day with a tonic, blend smoothies for breakfast and lunch, munch on whole foods snacks, eat a plant-powered dinner and sip on a nightly dessert. You’ll have no need to stray from this delicious plan!

Shopping list: Save time, money and your sanity with our shopping list which consists of swaps that will nourish you completely for 5 days.

3 Incredible recipes: Ingredients perfectly paired together for delicious flavour and optimal cleansing. This is 100% vegan,

FAQ

What is the turnaround time when I place my order?
Smoothies and Juices are delivered every Sunday 3pm – 6pm
The last orders are to be placed on Friday no later than 12noon to be delivered on Sunday.
Any orders placed after the cut off point will be delivered the following Saturday or Sunday

How do I preserve my smoothies or juices.

Smoothies: You can preserve your smoothies for up to 3days. We have prepared your smoothies in such a way that it will last for up to 5 days once it is placed in the fridge. You can also freeze your smoothies and defrost the night before. The night before you plan to drink your smoothies, place your smoothie jar in the fridge and defrost overnight. Remember to give your bottle a good shake before drinking.

Juices: You can preserve your juices for one week. We have prepared your juices in such a way that it will last for up to one week once it is placed in the freezer. Once received freeze immediately and defrost overnight. Remember to give your bottle a good shake before drinking.
