Green smoothies can be a hit and miss sometimes if you are unsure of what you are mixing together. By mixing the right amount of fruits and vegetables you will be guaranteed to get a great green smoothie.
Today we will be using Kale! I consider Kale to be a very stubborn leaf. Why? Simply because no matter how much you blend kale still rears its ugly face in your smoothies no matter how much you blend it . Hahahah! Unlike spinach, kale is a leaf that does not vanish into thin air once blended.

INGREDIENTS
½ Mango
1 Whole Kiwi
½ of a Cucumber
A handful of Kale
Base : A cup of water or coconut water for that added hydration
SWAPS
Swap Banana for Mango or Pineapple
Swap Water for Coconut Water Or Cool Green tea
Swap Kale for any edible green leaf such as Kale, Efo Tete, African Spinach
PREPARATION
Add your green leaf and coconut water to the blender, blend for 1min on full power , shake then add all the other ingredients.
Blend properly until all your contents are smooth. Add more coconut water if it’s too thick.
Remember you have to put in the work to see the results.
